A pack of 10 metal sashimono designed for use with 28mm Ashigaru miniatures. The pack contains three different styles, giving useful variation across larger infantry units and helping to create a more authentic and colourful battlefield appearance.
Sashimono were small standards worn on the back to identify allegiance and unit affiliation during battle. They were used extensively by Ashigaru and Samurai alike, with simpler and more uniform designs often appearing among rank-and-file troops.
These particular styles were used by Ashigaru of the Ii clan and were also seen among other Japanese clans during the Sengoku period. They are ideal for adding clan character, unit identification and visual variety to Ashigaru formations.
Suitable for historical wargaming, Samurai armies, collectors and dioramas.
Contains 10 x metal Ashigaru sashimono in 3 different styles. Supplied unpainted. Miniatures not included.
