Two 28mm mounted Samurai armed with yari, suitable for representing cavalry, retainers or mounted warriors within a Sengoku-period Japanese army. The figures are posed at a steady advance, making them useful for building cohesive mounted units alongside the more individual elite and Daimyo figures in the range.
Each mounted Samurai is supplied with a separate head selected at random, giving additional variety when collecting several packs and allowing different appearances across a larger cavalry force. The practical armour and straightforward poses make these figures particularly useful as rank-and-file mounted Samurai rather than named characters or commanders.
The rider and horse are cast together as a single piece, making the figures straightforward to prepare while retaining plenty of detail and character.
Suitable for historical wargaming, Samurai armies, cavalry units, skirmish games, collectors and dioramas.
Contains 2 x mounted 28mm metal miniatures with separate random heads. Rider and horse are one-piece castings. Supplied unpainted and unassembled.
