Two 28mm mounted Samurai armed with yari, designed to complement Mounted Samurai Packs A, B and C and provide further variety for larger cavalry formations. The figures are shown moving at speed, making them ideal for representing mounted retainers, Samurai cavalry or warriors advancing into battle within a Sengoku-period Japanese army.

Each mounted Samurai is supplied with a separate head selected at random, helping to create a varied appearance when several packs are combined. Their practical armour and active poses make them especially useful as rank-and-file mounted Samurai rather than named commanders or highly individual characters.

The rider and horse are cast together as a single piece, making the miniatures straightforward to prepare while retaining plenty of detail. Combined with the other mounted Samurai packs, these figures allow a substantial cavalry force to be built with a natural mixture of horses, poses and headgear.

Suitable for historical wargaming, Samurai armies, cavalry units, skirmish games, collectors and dioramas.

Contains 2 x mounted 28mm metal miniatures with separate random heads. Rider and horse are one-piece castings. Supplied unpainted and unassembled.
