All miniatures are cast to order by us. Athena Miniatures is run on a part-time basis, so we aim to despatch all orders within one week from order. All postage is tracked and insured.

Orders outside of the UK are not subject to UK VAT, but may be subject to local VAT, customs duty and fees in your own country.  

Import Information for EU Customers

With new import rules to the EU from 1st July, we are now required in some cases to add the import taxes due in your country to your order. These are now shown under shipping charges on your order. 

If you qualify for free shipping with an order over £100, there may still be a shipping charge shown on your invoice, which is the import tax which we have to pay on shipping your order.  

There may still be additional customs charges due on your order on arrival in your country. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that any import taxes, duties and handling fees must be paid before delivery where applicable.

Import Information for US Customers

Due to changes in US import regulations, orders shipped from the UK will incur US import tariffs payable by us at time of despatch. To cover this and additional Royal Mail handling fees, we will add 12% of your order value to your invoice to cover this under shipping charges. 

If you qualify for free shipping with an order over £200, there will still be a shipping charge shown on your invoice, which is the import tariff which we have to pay on shipping your order.
