A 28mm Daimyo command group depicting Ishida Mitsunari mounted and accompanied by two bannermen. The set makes an impressive command centerpiece for a Sengoku-period Japanese army and represents one of the key political and military figures of the Battle of Sekigahara.
Ishida Mitsunari was renowned as a skilled and cunning politician, but was disliked by many daimyo, some of whom refused to commit fully to his cause at Sekigahara or even changed sides. He is shown mounted as he rides urgently across the battlefield, imploring allied commanders to join the fighting and support the Western Army.
The set includes two bannermen and a three-dimensional resin banner.
Suitable for historical wargaming, Samurai armies, collectors and dioramas.
