The Pig Iron Kolony Militia Veteran Infantry set contains a squad of hardened government troops who have survived enough fighting to earn their place among the regime’s most experienced soldiers.

Unlike the regular conscript militia, these veterans can be used to represent tougher, more reliable infantry deployed where the fighting is expected to be heaviest. The set includes a sniper for long-range support and an anti-tank burner operator to give the squad some capability against armoured or heavily protected targets.

Within the Kolony setting, veteran troops are a natural counterpart to the ordinary militia: battle-tested soldiers who can be sent against Rebels, Ferals and other threats to government control. They also work well in other 28mm science fiction settings as elite security troops, experienced planetary infantry or hardened survivors of prolonged conflict.

The figures are supplied with separate heads, allowing some variation when assembling the unit.
